Absolutely Brilliant! We compost a lot of our food waste, if we cannot use it to make to soups or what ever! I have a it of a bee in my bonnet, when it comes to plastics,and buy fresh foods locally that are not packaged!

Messy job this morning. Getting cheese ready for our first delivery to Alderton shop tomorrow.
You can pop in any day to buy our cheese now, not just Sunday!

Garlic & Herb, Lemon & Rosemary, Paprika & Chilli and Plain are on my production list this week :-)

In the summer of 2016 we decided to move away from meat goats to milking goats and making cheese. I allowed 18 months to be up and running, which gave all of 2017 learning how to milk and make cheese and be ready to go into production in the spring of 2018.

Sadly every single aspect of the project has been delayed. There have been tears, despair and tantrums along the way.

But finally, over two years later, we have our FSA approval to sell our ricotta cheese. Too late in the season for this year as there are only a couple more weeks before the girls dry off. BUT we are now all set for 2019!!

It has been the toughest year. My heartfelt thanks go out to everyone that has helped and supported me with this, it wouldn't have happened without you.
